Stilo Style Diary Magazine Submission Guidelines

Contribute to Excellence: Stilo Style Diary Magazine offers a prestigious platform for showcasing your work in a respected independent publication. Our magazine is highly regarded by major model agencies, PR companies, and agents in fashion hubs such as New York City, Miami, Paris, Milan, Madrid, and beyond. Publishing with us exposes your work to over 50 major fashion cities worldwide, helping you gain visibility and potential job opportunities.

Submission Process:

  1. Guidelines: Please follow the submission guidelines outlined below. Stilo Style Diary Magazine reserves the right to accept or reject submissions based on content, quality, relevance, and available space in the issue.
  2. Submission Requirements:
    • Images: Submit 3 to 16 images per editorial. For submissions exceeding 16 images, only a maximum of 16 will be chosen, unless it’s a cover story or special feature. Accepted images should be sized 8.5×11 inches for portraits or 11×17 inches for landscapes at 300 dpi.
    • Resolution: Submit low-resolution images as attachments and include the photographer’s name and a story title. High-resolution files or zipped attachments are not acceptable for review.
    • Permissions: If you are not the photographer, provide a permission/release form from the copyright holder.
    • Credits: Include complete team credits, including wardrobe and makeup details. Ensure credits are spelled correctly and provided in editable PDF or Word format. Omissions or misspellings in credits will result in non-publication of the feature.
  3. Exclusivity: All submissions must be unpublished elsewhere. If your work appears in another magazine or online before our issue is released, we reserve the right to withdraw it from publication. Accepted work must not be shared online or on social media until the magazine is published.
  4. Cover Selection: The cover is selected by our editorial team. Requests for cover placement are not necessary.

Submission Guidelines for Fashion, Beauty & Written Submissions:

  • Fashion Submissions: Include wardrobe credits from emerging or independent designers.
  • Beauty Submissions: Include makeup credits.
  • Editorials: Must feature 2-4 different looks. Single-look editorials will not be accepted.

Publication Rights: By submitting, you grant Stilo Style Diary Magazine permission to use your work across our publications, websites, marketing materials, and other formats.

Rejection Reasons:

  • Limited space in the issue.
  • Late submission.
  • Quality not meeting our standards.
  • Misalignment with the issue’s theme.

We do not provide feedback on rejected submissions. You will receive an acceptance email if your work is selected. If no response is received within 7-10 days, the submission was not accepted. Please avoid sending multiple inquiries.

Deadlines:

  • Submissions must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the issue’s release (e.g., February 15th for the Spring Issue).

Purchase Information:

  • Issues are available in Digital Edition (Apple and PDF) and Print Edition (Blurb). Purchase links will be posted on our Facebook page and website upon release.
